More professional collection kits. Lower total cost.

Sourcing, importing, assembly in Brazil, and logistics, built into a single ready-to-use kit. Your team stops managing five suppliers and gets back to what matters: science, patients, and growth.

Five suppliers. One ready-to-use kit.

Today, every component in your kit has its own quote, order, inspection, inventory, and freight. KITRIVO takes over that entire chain and delivers a standardized kit, with one supplier accountable for everything.

  • Swabs and collectorsfor every sample type
  • Packagingbox, foam insert, mailers
  • Printed materialsinstructions, labels, stickers

One kit. One supplier. One standard.

The unit price is only the part you see.

A collection kit looks simple. But quotes, idle inventory, in-house assembly, freight, and rework consume time, capital, and your team's attention, and none of those costs show up on the purchasing spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

What is the lead time for kits?

For clients with recurring demand, we keep ready kits in stock for immediate shipping. For clients whose kit is already developed, lead time is 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation. For new clients, when the kit still needs to be developed, lead time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Is there a minimum order?

We work from 100 kits per order. Smaller projects, especially pilots, can be evaluated case by case.

Who owns the kit and the regulatory registrations?

The kit belongs to the client. KITRIVO buys the components and assembles the kit to the specification defined with you. When applicable, we work with the client to obtain the required registrations with ANVISA (Brazil's health regulatory agency) and other regulatory bodies.

Where does KITRIVO operate?

We are based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and serve the entire country. Together with Conquer BioWorks, our partner in the United States, we source suppliers worldwide.
